Red, White, & BOOM” Promotional Disclaimer

“Red, White, & BOOM” incentive is a limited-time promotional offer that expires on July 4, 2026 and is subject to qualification, availability, and builder approval. Buyer must obtain financing through the builder’s preferred lender to be eligible. These promotional incentives are offered in addition to standard seller incentives. Incentives, contributions, options, and allowances vary by home, community, and loan program and may be modified, substituted, or eliminated at the sole discretion of the builder. Incentive may not be combined with any other offer unless expressly permitted in writing. Certain restrictions, exclusions, and limitations apply.

Option A ($17, 000 in Design Center Credit): Under this offer, buyers may receive up to $17,000 in Design Center Credit, available on pre-sale homes only. Credit must be used toward eligible design selections and upgrades through the builder’s Design Center and has no cash value. Unused portions of the credit will be forfeited and may not be applied toward closing costs, price reductions, or other incentives unless otherwise approved by the builder. This offer is subject to change, modification, or withdrawal at any time without notice.

Options B (Fence Installation): Under this offer, buyers may receive a fence installation allowance valued up to $10,000, available on eligible homes as determined by the builder. Fence installation must be completed through the builder’s approved vendor and is subject to community HOA guidelines, lot layout, and other site-specific conditions. Fence style, material, size, and placement may vary based on community requirements and property conditions. Unused portions of the credit will be forfeited and may not be applied toward closing costs, price reductions, or other incentives unless otherwise approved by the builder. This offer is subject to change, modification, or withdrawal at any time without notice.

Options C ($10,000 in Flex Cash): Under this offer, buyers may receive up to $10,000 in Flex Cash, which may be applied toward eligible expenses including, but not limited to, closing costs, Design Center selections, interest rate buydowns, and other approved financing or upgrade-related costs, subject to builder and lender approval. Flex Cash may only be applied to eligible costs as determined by the builder and preferred lender, where applicable, and may not exceed allowable contribution limits. Any unused portion of the incentive will be forfeited and has no cash value. Unused portions of the credit will be forfeited and may not be applied toward closing costs, price reductions, or other incentives unless otherwise approved by the builder.
