Red, White, & BOOM” Promotional Disclaimer

“Red, White, & BOOM” incentive is a limited-time promotional offer and is subject to qualification, availability, and builder approval. Buyer must obtain financing through the builder’s preferred lender to be eligible. These promotional incentives are offered in addition to standard seller incentives. Fence style, material, size, and placement may vary based on community requirements and property conditions.
