About River Rock
River Rock is a gorgeous community of spacious single-family homes in Ball Ground, Georgia. The currently available homes are our Huntington and Somerset II floor plans. Both of these floor plans have formal dining rooms and living rooms as well as fireside family rooms. The Huntington floor plan is also a sought-after master-on-main. Alongside the stunning 4 and 5 bedroom homes at River Rock, your family will love all of the neighborhood amenities. These include two swimming pools, four tennis courts, and a community garden.

Poole’s Mill Park
Poole’s Mill Park is a short drive from the community. The park includes a covered bridge over the creek, picnic tables, a picnic pavilion, and a playground.
Sawnee Mountain Park
Sawnee Mountain Park is a large recreational park in nearby Cumming, Georgia. The park houses eight youth baseball/softball fields as well as four tennis courts, two basketball courts, and two turf football fields. Here you will also find batting cages, a paved walking trail, and a playground.
Sawnee Mountain Preserve
Also located in Cumming, the Sawnee Mountain Preserve is a beautiful 821-acre park with eleven miles of trails. Stop by on a Saturday in May to take part in a variety of activities at the park. These include ziplining, belay clinics, and guided hikes, among many others.
