“Red, White, & BOOM” incentive is a limited-time promotional offer and is subject to qualification, availability, and builder approval. Buyer must obtain financing through the builder’s preferred lender to be eligible. Option A ($17, 000 in Design Center Credit): Under this offer, buyers may receive up to $17,000 in Design Center Credit, available on pre-sale homes only. Credit must be used toward eligible design selections and upgrades through the builder’s Design Center and has no cash value. Unused portions of the credit will be forfeited and may not be applied toward closing costs, price reductions, or other incentives unless otherwise approved by the builder. Options B (Fence Installation): Under this offer, buyers may receive a fence installation allowance valued up to $10,000, available on eligible homes as determined by the builder. Fence style, material, size, and placement may vary based on community requirements and property conditions.
