Kerley Family Homes Sets Another Milestone with 500th New Home Contract

This has certainly been a stellar year for new home sales in the Atlanta metro area with new home communities showing up all over the metro Atlanta area.  According to a recent article from the  National Home Builders Association, new home sales were up by 5.4 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 507,000 units in July, according to newly released data from HUD and the U.S. Census Bureau.  Setting milestones is a Kerley Family Home tradition and this year is no exception!  Kerley announced today that they have just written their 500th contract this year!  What an exciting time for this great company!

This is a 5.2-month supply at the current sales pace.”  This average new home inventory is around a six month supply so home inventory is still low by historical standards.
