We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable On-Site Community Host to join our team and support the Community Sales Manager in creating a welcoming and professional sales environment.

Position Summary:
As a Community Host, you will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting the community. You will support the Community Sales Manager in daily sales and marketing activities, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register all visitors to the model home and provide a warm and professional introduction to the community.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales center/model home environment.
  • Assist with lead follow-up through phone, text, or email using the Lasso CRM system.
  • Perform basic data entry, update customer records, and track prospect activity.
  • Distribute marketing materials and provide community information to potential buyers.
  • Support the Community Sales Manager with various administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Monitor model home and community presentation daily, including signage and brochures.
  • Open and close the model home daily according to company standards.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Assist with coordinating and hosting community events, broker luncheons, or special promotions.
  • Ensure that the model home is always staged appropriately and inventory sheets are up to date.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Observe fair housing and company compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role preferred.
  • Experience with the Lasso CRM system is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and on-site in a model home environment.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
