Looking for things to do with your family during spring break? There are a ton of things to do in Atlanta during spring break, no matter your age. From camps and clinics for your elementary aged kids, to a CityPass for more independent exploration, this is a city that can keep you entertained and on budget.

Whether you’re going on a staycation right here in the A-T-L or you are a visitor to the metro area you’ll quickly notice that there is no shortage of activities to keep you busy.  There are baseball games, knights in shining armour, Six Flags Over Georgia, Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain.  Zipline your day away at Lake Lanier Canopy Tours or just go splash in the many area splash pools.

School is out and there is no better way to spend your time during Spring Break then by getting your thrills on with a visit to Six Flags Over Georgia. The park will be open from April 2 – 10 for a fun and exciting Spring Break!

Visit one of the great fountains of Gwinnett for a cool and free day of relaxation that your kids will love. Suwanee Town Park, Duluth Town Green, Buford Community Center, Lillian Webb Park and Mall of Georgia each offer interactive fountains for residents and visitors to use. Free. Stone Mountain is great fun year round, but Spring Break kicks off the party! No one does large scale events better than Stone Mountain Park. Georgia’s most visited attraction brings you Spring FUN Break complete with crafts, activities, games, a dance party and more!

The highly anticipated Acworth Art Fest will spread its colorful wings for the fourth annual Art Fest on April 9 and 10, 2016. The historic Main Street in downtown Acworth is a delightful backdrop for 100 whimsical and talented artisans from around the country.

Kennesaw Mountain is a wealth of history and the weather is beautiful!  You can drive to Cheatham Hill (the main battlefield) then to Kolb Farm you can discover more of the deeper history of Kennesaw Mountain. You can also picnic in designated areas and then enjoy a hike on some of the 18 miles of our maintained interpretive trails. Make sure to bring your binoculars to go birdwatching or your camera and capture a moment of the natural beauty and history of Kennesaw Mountain NBP.
