When you close on one of our qualifying inventory homes by June 30, 2019 and finance it through one of our preferred lenders, you can take advantage of their Skip 3 loan program.* This program makes it possible for you to skip the first 3 payments on your brand new home.

Kerley pre-pays your loan interest, homeowners insurance, and taxes for your for the first 3 months. You simply pay the first three months of principal, mortgage insurance, and any HOA fees at closing. This program is available for borrowers utilizing an FHA or VA loan.
