Priced from the $200’s, each of the homes at Perennial Walk are located on oversized private lots. Featuring our signature Executive Series floor plans, you’ll find larger estate and ranch-style homes with spacious 4 and 5 bedroom floor plans. The currently available homes under construction include the Alexander and Benjamin floor plans, having 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Sweetwater Creek State Park

Take a short drive to Sweetwater Creek State Park, where you can hike to view the New Manchester Mill Ruins that were burned down during the civil war. With a 215-acre lake, the park is the perfect location for a day on the water fishing, canoeing, kayaking or paddleboarding. The park also features several picnic shelters, playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, and a museum with a gift shop.

Arbor Place Mall

Seeking a shopping adventure? Travel to Arbor Place mall where you can shop at a variety of retailers with products for the entire family. Popular retailers at Arbor Place include Bed Bath & Beyond, Macy’s, Pandora, Men’s Warehouse, Hibbett Sports, and much more. During your time at the mall, you can also enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants with a variety of food options including burgers, gourmet sandwiches, pizza and pasta, and oriental cuisine among many others.
